When it comes to project management, V-Tech will work with you in every step of producing your brand new workshop, producing plans to professional standard using CAD technology.
Collaborating with you and your contractors or architects you have involved we can ensure a smooth finished product. Once an order has been placed, each project is logged onto our systems, which assigns a project manager who will attend the site and provide personal technical advice. This service applies to complete new workshop builds, MOT Bay developments or even a small extension to an existing workshop.

Extending our service further we offer a breakdown response service for those who do not currently have a service plan with us. We also handle equipment decommissioning or the relocating of equipment also.

All our engineers are thorough due to health and safety reasons and prevent to the best of their ability future breakdowns. At V-Tech we understand the importance and upkeep of a busy MOT ramp is, so priority goes to calibration contracts. Committing to one of our calibration contracts will automatically create a database entry on our computerised management system, enabling us to keep track of when your next visit is due. Part of our service is to contact you near to the due date and agree a calibration appointment. V-Tech is also accredited with SIRA meaning we can repair and calibrate particular emissions equipment, popular brake testers and headlamp aligners. To assist you in complying with ISO or dealer standards we can also organise tooling calibrations.
All engineers are issued mobile phones and maintain regular contact with our service controllers managing your contract using our bespoke CMS to keep you informed.
